I Can’t Withdraw My Money from CoinStreamex Without Paying a “Cost Code” Fee

I invested some money into the CoinStreamex app after being contacted by a woman who claimed to be from London. At first, everything looked fine — the balance started growing slightly, which gave me confidence. But when I tried to withdraw my funds, I was suddenly told I had to pay an additional ₺500 for a so-called “cost code” fee just to access my own money.

This makes no sense. Why would I need to send them even more money just to withdraw what already belongs to me? It feels like a trap. I’m seriously worried that if I send that ₺500, I’ll never get anything back — not the fee, and not my original investment.

I’m asking anyone who has been through this with CoinStreamex: did you actually get your money after paying the extra fee? Please share your experience. I feel completely scammed and I want my money back. I urge CoinStreamex to address this issue immediately and return the funds they’re withholding.
