I Can’t Withdraw My Balance from Coinstream Without Paying an Extra Fee

I invested a large amount of money into the Coinstream app after being contacted by a woman who claimed to be from London. At first, everything seemed fine — my balance even showed a slight increase. But when I attempted to withdraw my funds, I was suddenly told I had to pay an additional ₺3,000 for a so-called "asset code fee" before they would release my money.

This is outrageous. I already invested a significant amount, and now they're asking for more with no guarantee that I’ll actually receive anything. I haven’t been able to withdraw a single lira. There's no transparency, no real support, and I feel completely trapped and scammed.
