Requesting Help for Lansinoh Compact Electric Breast Pump Suction Issue

On May 26, 2025, I purchased the Lansinoh Compact Single Electric Breast Pump from Amazon. I used it for about three weeks without any issues, but over the past 10 days, the device has developed a significant loss of suction power. Even when set to the highest level, I can’t feel sufficient vacuum pressure, and I’m producing much less milk than usual.

Additionally, the purple plastic piece on top hits upward during suction and makes a hissing sound, as if air is leaking. The device has no visible damage, cracks, or deformation, and I’ve ensured that all parts are correctly assembled according to the manual. Despite this, the same problem occurs every time, and the noise persists.

I still have the invoice, and my Amazon order number is 402-8446675-4665917. I kindly request that Lansinoh provide technical support or a clear solution to this issue.
