On September 19, 2024, I purchased a perfume and lipstick from Lancome, both of which were supposed to include gifts. However, not only did they fail to send all the gifts, but they also didn’t send the lipstick. When I contacted customer service, they responded by sending me a vague image that could belong to anyone and blamed the shipping company. The response felt dismissive and almost as if they were accusing me of dishonesty. It’s unacceptable that a trusted brand like Lancome would handle the situation this way. I’ve shared the delivery note showing the items that were missing.
If I can’t even trust a brand’s own website for reliable service, where can I shop? I’ve already filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. My lawyer has confirmed that the image they sent does not prove anything, and I recommend that anyone facing this issue go straight to Consumer Court. They’ll be forced to resend the missing items due to the defective delivery. I will never shop with them again.
