Lama Chat App Blocks My Registration With Device Risk 8c Error

While trying to sign up for the Lama Chat app on my Android device, I encountered an error message that says: “Device is risk and registration is restricted (8c).” I attempted the registration only on my own device and through a Wi-Fi connection, but the process could not be completed.

I’m requesting support and guidance to resolve this recent issue. Please inform me what steps I need to take to complete the registration and how I can fix this “device risk” error so that I can successfully create an account.
