Toe Rips on Lacoste Shoes

I'd like to tell you about a bad experience I had with a pair of Lacoste athletic shoes I bought for my wife at the Lacoste Forum Bornova store. The shoes developed a noticeable tear at the front after only 3-4 months of use, rendering them unwearable. We returned to the store where we had made the purchase, expecting a quick resolution. Instead of dealing with the problem right away, they chose to send the shoes to their central facility for evaluation. The response we got was nothing short of ridiculous. They claimed that no hot-cold or moisture tests were performed on the shoes and that there was no evidence of user error. If any user errors occurred, the shoes would show signs of tearing or deformation. It's disheartening to think that we put our money into reputable brands only to receive such poor service. They not only refused to repair the shoes but also chose to return them unaltered.
