Lacoste Shoe Quality Issue - Unacceptable Return Policy
I left my item at your Lacoste store with receipt number LAC814236 for return, but it was rejected. I received a message stating that the lining inside my Lacoste sports shoe tore, despite having used shoes from various brands before. I trusted Lacoste as a reputable brand, but after sending the product for inspection, I received a negative response. While other brands stand behind their products, I am disappointed by Lacoste's handling of this issue. How can the inner side of a shoe be considered user error? I purchased these shoes last summer, and how much wear can white shoes really endure? It's a disappointment coming from a brand like Lacoste. I request a resolution to my problem.

I received a message stating that the product I left at your store with receipt number LAC814236 was not accepted for return. I bought the product last summer and wore it 3-4 times during the summer, then put it away. When I wore it again 3-4 times this summer, the inner side lining of the shoe tore and it became uncomfortable. I did not expect this from the Lacoste brand. I have not experienced such problems with shoes I've bought from other brands until now. It upset me that a company I thought was big like Lacoste does not stand behind its product, and I do not plan to shop again. I kindly ask for your assistance.
