My Lacoste T Shirt Tore After Four Wears and Was Rejected

I bought a Lacoste t-shirt four months ago and have only worn it four times. It was always washed inside out and never tumble dried, yet it still tore in one spot. I always followed the care instructions carefully to avoid any damage. When I submitted it for review, it was rejected with the claim that the damage was due to usage. We pay ₺5,000 for Lacoste expecting high quality, but I’ve barely used it. Despite this, the issue was dismissed with no solution offered.
