In July 2025, I purchased La Roche-Posay Effaclar Toner from Amazon, sold directly by Amazon. I used the product regularly for about two months. Recently, when I checked the bottle again, I noticed white particles floating inside the toner. Because the appearance of the product has changed, I no longer feel safe using it and have concerns about my health.
My order number is 408-5445651-6605951. Since I only recently noticed this issue, I have not yet contacted Amazon customer service. I request that the product be examined and that the necessary checks be carried out. If the product is found to be spoiled, I would like to receive a new, problem-free replacement.
If needed, I can also provide photos clearly showing the white particles inside the bottle. I also request that the product be evaluated in terms of its ingredients and storage conditions, and that necessary measures be taken to prevent this issue from happening again.
