On November 27, 2024, I ordered the La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo+M product from the official La Roche-Posay store on Trendyol (Order #9637561981). I only used the product once. Recently, official reports have surfaced claiming that this product may contain benzene, a potentially carcinogenic substance, which has raised serious concerns about its safety.
Due to the possible health risks, I am requesting a refund for this product. I contacted Trendyol customer service, but my return request was rejected because the return period had expired. However, this situation is extraordinary, as it involves a serious public health concern rather than a regular product issue.
I paid approximately $10 for this product, and I ask that my refund request be reconsidered in light of the potential health hazards associated with it. I expect a responsible explanation and action from both Trendyol and La Roche-Posay regarding this matter.
