I purchased the La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo face wash and toner and have been using them for four days. They clean my skin well and have started bringing out the underlying acne, which I heard is normal as it dries out the pimples beneath the skin. However, my mouth and chin areas have become extremely dry, almost like wounds, and have started peeling. I don't know what to do now.
