I bought the La Roche-Posay Mela B3 Dark Spot Correcting Serum from a pharmacy on May 29, 2025, paying ₺2,500 for it with the expectation of a high-performance skincare product. But instead, I was left extremely disappointed and confused.
Just five minutes after applying it, the serum started peeling off my face like eraser shavings. I wasn’t rubbing my skin or applying anything else on top—it simply didn’t absorb and left residue everywhere. Isn’t a serum supposed to absorb into the skin? This makes me question the quality and formulation of the product entirely.
What’s even more frustrating is that I bought it from a pharmacy, and now I have no idea how to return a product that clearly doesn’t function properly. Why should I be stuck with a ₺2,500 product that literally rolls off my face without doing anything?
La Roche-Posay, I demand a full refund and an official explanation: why does this serum behave this way, and how do you justify its price if it can’t even stay on the skin? I trusted the brand and the dermatologist-backed claims—but now I just feel misled and out of pocket.
