I purchased a La Roche-Posay sunscreen specifically for use on my face, trusting the brand's reputation for quality. However, within less than 12 months of careful storage and usage, the product has completely deteriorated. The cream's color turned into a dark yellow shade, and it developed an extremely odd, almost spicy smell that is nothing like its original scent.

It is deeply disappointing that a brand that heavily promotes its premium image and charges high prices would sell a product that fails in such a critical category like facial sun protection. Sunscreen is essential for skin health, and encountering such poor quality is not only frustrating but also concerning from a safety standpoint.

I expect La Roche-Posay to take immediate responsibility for this situation, investigate the product's stability issues, and offer a full replacement or refund. Consumers deserve reliable and safe products, especially when it comes to skincare essentials.
