I’ve been a regular user of La Roche-Posay products for a long time, and until now, I’ve never had a single issue. However, the most recent product I purchased is clearly not right. The moment I opened it, I was hit with a strong, overpowering smell—like spices or fenugreek (çemen). It’s honestly unbearable and makes the product completely unusable.
This isn’t a case of an expired item either. The expiration date is still valid, and I only just opened it. But the scent and texture are totally off, and nothing like what I’ve experienced in the past with the exact same product.
There is clearly something wrong with this batch. Either the formula has gone bad, or I received a defective or improperly stored product. Whatever the reason, this is not acceptable—especially from a premium skincare brand that promotes trust and consistency.
I demand an immediate response from La Roche-Posay and a full refund for the unusable product I received. I paid ₺ expecting quality and reliability, not a product that smells so awful I can’t even apply it. Please address this issue urgently.
