BDG Game Paytm UPI Deposit Not Credited to Account

On 08/05/2026, I made a deposit of 20,000 via UPI using Paytm to add balance for playing on the BDG game platform, to be credited to my game account with UID 12451***. Despite the amount being deducted from my account, the balance has not been credited to my Bigdadday game account. I contacted support and was informed that the transaction is under review, but I have not received any clear resolution or refund so far. This situation is causing me inconvenience, as I deposited this money specifically to play on the platform and currently cannot use these funds. I request that my 20,000 deposit be either immediately credited to my Bigdadday game account or refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible, and that I be informed in writing about the outcome of this review process.
