I’ve been a loyal user of La Roche-Posay sunscreen for years and have always trusted the brand. However, this time—even though I purchased it from a pharmacy and even exchanged it once—the product has a strong, unpleasant smell, almost as if it’s spoiled or expired.
The odor is so bad that even my partner avoids kissing me on the cheek after I apply it. I never expected this from a premium skincare brand. It’s embarrassing and frustrating to spend this much money on a product that’s supposed to protect and care for my skin but instead smells awful and makes me self-conscious.
La Roche-Posay, this is completely unacceptable. I urge you to review the formulation or batch quality and issue a statement or resolution. Something is clearly off, and loyal customers like myself shouldn’t have to suffer through it. Please take this seriously and address it immediately.
