Apollo Pharmacy Delivered Damaged La Roche-Posay Mela B3 Serum

I purchased a La Roche-Posay Mela B3 product from Apollo Pharmacy, Dehradun Krishna Nagar branch on 17 July for 2,852 INR. When I received it, the box was torn, opened and clearly damaged, which immediately raised concerns about whether the bottle inside is intact and whether the contents have been tampered with or replaced. Considering the high price and that this is a skincare product that goes directly on the skin, I find it unacceptable that Apollo delivered it in such poor, damaged packaging. I am genuinely worried about the safety and authenticity of the serum and do not feel comfortable using it in this condition. When I contacted the Apollo Krishna Nagar branch, I was only informed that a ticket had been raised, but I have not received a clear explanation or satisfactory resolution. I request a full refund for this product and a clear written explanation as to why such an expensive and sensitive product was delivered in this condition, and what quality and safety checks Apollo applies to prevent such incidents. I also ask that my concern about possible tampering or contamination be taken seriously and handled urgently.
