I bought the "La Roche-Posay Toleriane Sensitive" cream from Amazon, sold directly by Amazon Prime itself, under the La Roche-Posay brand. After the first use, redness and red spots appeared on my face. At first, I thought it might be due to heat or other daily factors, so I switched to using it at night, but the problem persisted. I followed the instructions carefully and applied only a small amount to clean skin, yet the reaction still occurred. I now have doubts about whether the product is genuine, so I contacted Amazon to clarify this. While I understand that these things can happen, I would at least like a refund to cover the financial loss—if not the stress and discomfort caused by the visible irritation on my face.
