I recently purchased Bepanthol cream from Boyner, but when it arrived, I was shocked to see that the expiration date was 10/2024. On top of that, the box was severely damaged and torn, making it look like it had been sitting on a shelf for years. This is completely unacceptable from a well-known retailer.
What’s worse is that this is a skincare product that is directly absorbed by the skin. Sending out an expired or nearly expired cream in such poor condition is a serious quality control issue. I expect a full refund or a replacement with a fresh, undamaged product immediately. Boyner should take responsibility and ensure that expired products do not reach customers.
