I Can’t Log Back Into My Kwai Account—Email Creates a New Account Instead


I urgently need help recovering my Kwai account. I logged out recently, and now I can’t log back in. When I try to sign in using my email address—the same one I used before—it creates an entirely new account instead of giving me access to my original one.
This is incredibly frustrating because I know the email is correct, yet there’s no option to recover or link back to my previous account. I had important content and followers, and now it feels like all of it is lost. I didn’t forget my login details; the system simply isn’t recognizing my account correctly.
Please help me restore my original Kwai profile. I need urgent support from the Kwai team to fix this issue. I don’t want to lose everything I’ve built on that account.
