My Corporate Bank Account Was Blocked Without Explanation
On the morning of September 24, 2025, my corporate bank account, opened in my company's name, was closed to "mobile and branchless banking" channels without any justification. I was told I could open it by going to the branch. So, I went to my Osmanbey branch. However, the staff on the SME floor dismissed the issue with statements like, "We don't have any information, nothing is visible here, the bank closes it when there's a large amount of money coming in, or maybe they close it when there's a complaint," and offered no solution. They said they would get back to me, but no one ever did. All transactions made through my account are recorded, every penny is invoiced, and all service delivery is recorded. Our website, distance sales agreements, and other legal documents are complete. Despite this, all my channels were closed without me even asking a single question or requesting any information. Due to this situation, my advertising has stopped, I can't receive payments from my customers, I have some money left, and I can't cover my internal expenses. As a small SME and entrepreneur, I am experiencing a serious hardship. My expectations from the bank are: My account needs to be reopened immediately, I need to be clearly informed of the reason for this action, and I need to be asked for additional documents or information and given the opportunity to submit them.
