My Tablet Shipment Was Not Delivered Despite Being Out for Delivery

My tablet shipment, which was supposed to be delivered by Kuryenet to my address in Maltepe, Istanbul, has been marked as “out for delivery” for 2 days but has still not been delivered. Although it is stated that deliveries will be made between 9:00 and 18:00, no one has come during these hours, and it is also impossible to reach the company. I have experienced similar problems before and could not reach customer service during this process either. My tracking number is 100005631995. My tablet was sent through Turkcell Pasaj under warranty, and I have already paid for it. My only expectation is that my shipment is delivered to me as soon as possible.
