Kurukahveci Mehmet Efendi Sold Expired Coffee

I bought Kurukahveci Mehmet Efendi coffee two weeks ago to enjoy during Ramadan Bayram. However, upon opening the package (250g), there was a noticeable absence of any fresh coffee scent, not to mention the familiar aroma of coffee. Surprisingly, the package had an expiration date of 09.04.2024 when I checked. I've encountered this situation before, but I didn't pay much attention to it, assuming it could have been an error. But this time, I cannot overlook the fact that you charged me for coffee that had expired. That act is truly shameful.
