I Face Tearing and Clumping Issues With Kotex Ultra Night Pads

I chose Kotex Ultra Night 6-drop pads mainly because of their longer length, and I am satisfied with that aspect. However, I am experiencing a serious issue with the product’s quality. The pad tears very quickly, and the cotton inside starts clumping in a short time. This makes it uncomfortable to use and leaves me feeling unsafe and unprotected. The only positive feature is its length—other than that, the overall performance has been a complete disappointment for me.

I usually use a different brand, but since I ran out of my usual product, I had to buy Kotex this time. Honestly, the experience has been terrible. I purchased this product recently from an A101 store, and I have been facing these issues from the very first use.

I am requesting Kotex to urgently investigate the quality of the Ultra Night 6-drop pads and provide me with a clear and detailed explanation. I trusted this product when purchasing it, but due to these issues, I feel both financially and emotionally affected. I expect proper quality checks to be carried out and necessary actions to be taken to prevent others from experiencing similar problems.
