I Face Short Size Issue With Kotex Ultra Long Night Pads

About a month ago, I purchased three packs of Kotex Ultra Long Natural Night pads from an A101 store. I specifically chose this product as a night pad, expecting it to be longer and provide better protection, and I stocked up at home. However, when I recently opened the packages to use them, I noticed that the pads were not long as a night pad should be—instead, they were as short as regular daily liners. Since all three packs have the same issue, I believe there is a serious problem with the product’s form.

I chose this product specifically to avoid leakage during the night, but due to the pads being too short, they do not provide the protection I expected and completely contradict their intended use. I have the product code 61279617 and can provide photos if needed.

I request a clear explanation from Kotex regarding this issue, compensation for the inconvenience I experienced, and, if possible, a refund or replacement with a product that meets the proper specifications. I kindly ask for my complaint to be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
