I Used Kotex for Years but Now Quality Has Dropped Significantly

As someone who has been using Kotex pads regularly for nearly twenty years, I want to express that I have experienced a significant decline in quality in your products in recent years—especially with the Kotex Ultra Night line. Your pads used to be thicker and provided much better protection, but the newer, thinner versions unfortunately do not offer the same level of performance.

When I use your night pads, the flow runs down my leg, the pad fails to absorb properly, and I constantly feel wet. While rushing to the bathroom, I end up making a mess, and I frequently stain my bed and the places I sit. Even when I’m outside, my pants get stained without me noticing, which is extremely uncomfortable both hygienically and psychologically. What’s worse is that I have been experiencing this issue consistently with every pack I’ve purchased over the past few years.

Because I trusted your brand for so long, I gave your products multiple chances. However, after switching to another well-known brand, I clearly realized that the problem was with Kotex pads. Your products have ruined my clothes and left me in embarrassing situations outside and on the go. I understand you might ask me to send the packages in for inspection, but since every pack has the same issue, I am not willing to go through the hassle of shipping them.

I expect a clear explanation and a sincere apology for what I’ve experienced. I also strongly urge you to urgently improve the absorbency and protection performance of your Kotex Ultra Night products and reverse these negative changes. Otherwise, I want you to know that neither I nor my family will purchase Kotex products again, and I will be sharing this experience with others to discourage them from buying your brand.
