Konami! Refund My Money

I recently made a purchase on Konami for eFootball coins, and while the transaction was confirmed, I never received the in-game currency. It’s extremely frustrating. I want my money back or the coins delivered immediately. If this issue isn’t resolved, I’ll delete the game. It's disappointing to face this issue multiple times, and it ruins the gaming experience. Konami, please fix this problem and ensure I receive what I paid for. All I ask is for the game to function properly and for my purchase to be honored.
