I purchased 3,250 coins worth ₺850 in Konami e-Football, and while the amount initially appeared in my account, it vanished after logging out and back in. I have repeatedly tried to resolve this, but the funds have not been restored, nor have I been able to initiate a refund successfully.

My email associated with the account is a********@gmail.com. Despite multiple attempts to contact support, I have received no assistance. This is extremely frustrating, and I need immediate help to either retrieve the coins or process a refund. A clear communication channel with customer service would be appreciated to resolve this issue promptly.
