Lost My Efootball Mobile Account After Data Reset – No Help from Konami Support

I had an Efootball Mobile account with a total strength of 3082. However, when I reset the data, the game unexpectedly brought me back to the start menu and completely restarted my progress. When I reached out to Konami, their response was less than helpful, and in certain instances, I didn't receive a reply at all. I'm really confused about why this happened. I'm W*** and I'm having trouble recovering my account. Can you assist me with this?
