Konami MyClub Negative Balance and Refund Delayed

Dear Konami,
I am writing to express my frustration regarding a refund issue. I made an in-game purchase, then requested a refund. While my account was immediately adjusted to a negative MyClub balance, I still haven’t received the refunded amount even though it has been four days.
It is unacceptable that my balance was deducted so quickly, yet the refund process is delayed. I expect the refunded amount to be credited to my account without any further delay.
Additionally, when I attempt another refund, it is rejected. I demand a full refund for all pending transactions. If this issue isn’t resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter further. Please address this as soon as possible.
