Konami Deducted My 3100 MyClub Virtual Coins and Put My Account in Negative
Recently, I discovered that Konami removed 3100 MyClub virtual coins from my account, leaving it not only empty but also in the negative. I have no idea how this happened or how to resolve it. Despite raising this issue on several platforms, I have received no response or assistance.
These coins were an essential part of my game progress, and it’s incredibly frustrating to see them vanish without explanation. This has severely affected my gaming experience and trust in Konami.
I am urgently requesting Konami to review this matter and restore the 3100 MyClub coins to my account immediately. Ignoring this issue is unacceptable, and I expect prompt action to resolve it.
