Konami In-Game Store Error on iPhone 13
On November 20, I attempted to purchase e-football currency (in-game money) via an in-game store on my iPhone 13 using my bank card. I made a payment of 200 TL. During the transaction I received an error message and the purchase did not go through — however, the money was still withdrawn from my account.
After noticing the issue, I tried to contact the game’s customer service, but I did not receive any response. I am experiencing this kind of problem for the first time and I want my grievance to be addressed.
I request that the payment be refunded to me.
