I Can’t Buy MC in eFootball Despite Funds Available — Payment Fails on All Cards

Hello, I’ve been playing eFootball for years and have always supported the game by purchasing MC. However, I’m now dealing with a serious issue that’s preventing me from making any in-game purchases. Every time I try to buy MC, I get an error message saying: “Your transaction could not be completed, please try another card.” I’ve followed the instructions and tried multiple cards — all of which have sufficient funds — yet none of them work.

This ongoing error is extremely frustrating. I want to invest in the game, and I’m literally being blocked from doing so. It’s unacceptable that I’m willing to spend my money (₺) but can’t because of a system issue on Konami’s end.

Konami, I need this problem fixed immediately. Don’t push paying players away with unresolved technical errors. Please investigate this MC purchase issue and allow me to buy in-game currency without these constant transaction failures. I’m asking for a fast, permanent solution — and proper support for loyal players like me.
