Konami eFootball Payment Deducted But Not Reflected

I've bought eFootball from Konami twice, and the payment has been deducted, but it's not showing up in my account. I kindly ask for a prompt resolution to this matter. I kindly request the transfer of my funds to my account. I'm interested in finding out how I can submit my complaint to the appropriate departments.
