I Lost 4500 eFootball Coins in PES Mobile Even Though I Didn’t Spend Them
While the current PES Mobile event was still ongoing, I earned and saved up around 4500 eFootball coins (myClub coins) without spending any of them. I carefully accumulated this amount through gameplay and login rewards, making sure not to use them so I could make strategic purchases later.
However, when I logged into the game today—about a week after earning them—I was shocked to see that all my coins had vanished. My coin balance now shows 0, and I didn’t receive any in-game notifications, explanations, or receipts showing where the coins went. I haven’t made any purchases or authorized any activity that could have spent them.
This is completely unacceptable. These coins represent hours of time and effort—not to mention the ₺ value they hold if purchased directly. Losing them without reason or warning is both unfair and disheartening, especially during a limited-time event.
PES Mobile, I demand a prompt investigation and the immediate restoration of my 4500 coins. You need to provide players with transparent transaction logs and fix whatever system error is causing this. Stop wiping players’ in-game currency without explanation.
