Konami eFootball Data Transfer Issues - My Progress is Disappearing

I'm experiencing some difficulties with the data transfer feature on Konami eFootball. I had 9 transfer rights remaining, but they inexplicably vanished! One morning, upon logging in, I discovered that my transfer rights had mysteriously vanished, leaving me unable to transfer my data to a different device. I have concerns about potentially losing my progress in the game. I've been playing this game for quite a while now, and I've dedicated a significant amount of time and energy to advancing in it. I really don't want to lose all of that effort. I really hope Konami addresses the data transfer problem and allows for seamless data transfer.
