I Want My Konami Account Back

I have an issue with my Konami eFootball account which was accessed and changed without my permission. My correct Konami account email is registered with gdaop***@gmail.com, but on 30 April 2026 I realized that someone had changed both the email and password on my account. I later saw the email address producermusic***@gmail.com, which is not my Konami email, and I have not authorized this change in any way. Since this unauthorized change on 30 April 2026, I have been completely unable to log in to my eFootball account on my Android phone using my original details. I contacted Konami/eFootball support about this problem, but the steps and help I received did not work and I still cannot access my account. I request that Konami urgently recovers and restores my eFootball account, resets the login details, and secures the account against any further unauthorized access or change
