How Can I Link New Konami ID After Deleting My Old Account

I deleted my Konami ID because I suspected it was hacked, thinking I could simply create a new one and link it to my game. However, when I tried, it didn’t work. The system kept blocking me, saying I needed to send an email to support. I followed the instructions and contacted them, but nothing changed—no solution, no response, just frustration. Now I’m completely locked out and unable to play. This issue needs to be fixed immediately! Konami and eFootball must address this problem and provide a way for users to properly link a new ID. I need access to my game now!
