I am unable to transfer my old Efootball (PES Mobile) account from my previous Android device to my new iPhone. I originally played the account in 2021 using the email d********@gmail.com**. Currently, I live in Istanbul and downloaded the game again on my iPhone via the App Store. However, when I try to perform data transfer, I receive the message “no data to transfer.”
When I attempt to link the account with my Konami ID, I get a message saying “this account is compatible with Konami,” yet the transfer still does not work. Strangely, when I tried with a different email, the system accepted it, but it is not my original account. I even changed my password and resolved Konami ID login issues, but the data transfer problem continues, preventing me from accessing my old progress.
I have not made any payments on this account, and all my progress was earned through in-game play. I have not yet contacted customer service or tried other solutions. I request urgent support to recover my old account from 2021 and successfully transfer all progress to my new iPhone. This is very important to me, and I expect Konami to provide a clear and effective solution.
