E Football Mobile Refund Approved But Money Not Returned
On November 2, 2025, I made a payment in the E Football Mobile game. Later, I requested a refund, and my request was approved. However, the money was never returned to my account, and in the game my MyClub balance went into the negative. Even though I contacted Konami, I have not received any response. I only want this negative balance issue resolved and my refund processed. My in-game username is aslz-965-637-899.
I kindly request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
