Parimatch Declined My Deposit But Paytm Still Deducted Money

I am writing regarding a problem I experienced with a Parimatch deposit made via Paytm on 22-05-2026. I attempted to deposit 1300 INR into my Parimatch account, but the transaction was declined on Parimatch; the amount was still taken from my Paytm balance. The 1300 INR has not been credited to my Parimatch account, even though the money was deducted from Paytm, and I have a screenshot as proof of this transaction. I am using Parimatch and Paytm from India. I kindly request that the 1300 INR taken from my Paytm account be refunded as soon as possible, or otherwise resolved in my favour. I am ready to provide the screenshot and transaction details if needed so that this issue can be quickly investigated and corrected.
