I lost access to my Konami E-Football account due to a scam during an account trade. The individual I interacted with claimed to be trustworthy, citing their large follower count and offering assurances. Unfortunately, I provided them with my Gmail credentials, which were linked to my game account. They changed my email and password, effectively taking over my account.

When I reached out to them on Instagram, I discovered they had blocked me. My friends attempted to contact them, but the scammer responded with offensive and dismissive remarks before blocking them as well.

This account means a lot to me, and I am urging Konami to take immediate action to recover it. I hope this issue can be resolved quickly. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
