Koleston Natural 8.1 Hair Dye Turns Hair Almost Black

I had been happily using Koleston Natural 8.1 Light Ash Blonde hair dye for a long time. However, during my last two applications, despite using the exact same product, my hair turned almost black instead of the shade I expected. I followed the instructions carefully and left the dye on my hair for less than 10 minutes in total, yet the result was the same both times: an extremely dark, almost black color.

I purchased the product from the same cosmetics store where I have always bought it. Since I was accustomed to using this product, I specifically did not change the brand or the product line. Despite this, experiencing such a dramatic difference in the resulting color was extremely disappointing. I had to dye my hair again in an attempt to remove or lighten the excessively dark color, which negatively affected the condition of my hair and also caused me to lose additional time and money.

I request an explanation as to why such a significant darkening has occurred with the Koleston Natural line, particularly with the 8.1 Light Ash Blonde shade. If there has been any change to the product formula or shade, I believe this should be clearly disclosed to consumers.

After this experience, I no longer want to purchase this product, and I will not recommend it to people around me. I request that the color inconsistency and the inconvenience I have experienced be thoroughly investigated and that I receive a satisfactory explanation regarding this issue.
