Koçtaş Did Not Deliver My Camping Chair Ordered on 11.11.2024 and I Cannot Cancel
I ordered a camping chair on 11.11.2024 from Koçtaş and was informed that the item would be ready for pickup within 3 to 6 business days. It is now the 16th day, and I have received no update. Despite repeatedly calling customer service, I have only been given the same excuse that the item is still being prepared for shipment. To make matters worse, I am unable to cancel my order either online or over the phone. Every time I speak to customer service, I am told that someone will contact me about the situation, but no one has reached out so far. This lack of communication and resolution is very frustrating and unacceptable.
