Dr. Online E-Book Purchase Stuck on Loading, Unable to Access for Urgent Use

I purchased an e-book from the Dr. Online website, which promised instant access after purchase. However, over an hour has passed, and I still cannot open or read the book.

When I try to access the e-book on the Kobo app, it gets stuck on the "loading" screen after clicking "read." I’ve tried different internet connections, but the issue persists, so it’s not a connectivity problem. Customer service claims I’ll be able to access it within 24 hours, but the website clearly states the book should be available immediately.

This book is critical for my exam preparation tomorrow, and the delay has left me unable to study effectively. I demand immediate resolution and access to the e-book, as promised at the time of purchase. This situation has caused unnecessary frustration and inconvenience.
