I registered with Klarna using only my mobile number and email because I was required to in order to access certain information. However, after experiencing dissatisfaction with their portal process and services, I decided I no longer want to trust them with my information or money. Now, I want to delete my account, but Klarna's customer service refuses to do so unless I provide personal details that I never submitted during registration. This feels like manipulation, as my mobile and email remain in their system. Why should I have to provide my name now when I didn’t need it to sign up? It feels like Klarna is holding my data hostage, potentially for advertising purposes. Customer service is unresponsive, with long wait times. Klarna must resolve this and allow me to delete my account without further hassle!
