Cash App's Endless Hoops And Lack Of Managerial Support!
it all started when I changed my name legally, and tried to update it in my Cash App account. Seemed like a simple thing, why not if it’s all legal and it’s my name. I've sent them all the paperwork they've asked for, like, a million times, but it's like it gets lost on the way…They keep making me jump through the same hoops, and forget about talking to a manager – it's like pulling teeth! Honestly, it feels like they care more about following their rules than actually helping people out. Seriously, all I want is to get my name right in the app! Is that too much to ask? Apps are supposed to be easy to use and also fast to get things done but nope. Their system is based on blocking and also making life miserable.
