I Missed My Connecting Kiwi.com Flights Due to Delay

On April 16, 2025, I purchased a multi-leg international flight through Kiwi.com from Ankara Esenboğa Airport to Guatemala for a total of ₺33,231.61, excluding the international departure fee. The route included three layovers:

Pegasus: Ankara (ESB) → Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen (SAW), 18.04.2025 at 05:50 (PC 2677)

AJet: Istanbul (SAW) → Berlin (BER), 18.04.2025 at 09:25 (VF 57)

Norse Atlantic: Berlin → Miami, 18.04.2025 at 15:35 (NO 623)

Frontier: Miami → Guatemala, 19.04.2025 at 06:00 (F919)

Unfortunately, my first flight was delayed, and by the time I landed in Istanbul, my AJet flight to Berlin had already closed boarding. I was denied entry to the flight and consequently missed all remaining connections. This meant my entire international ticket became invalid.

Had the first leg operated on time, I would’ve checked in at each stop without issue. Due to the delay, I not only lost my entire itinerary, but had to purchase an emergency return flight back to Ankara through Pegasus for ₺2,105.99 (SAW to ESB, flight PC2674, 18.04.2025 at 14:05).

I’m extremely disappointed that Kiwi.com didn’t account for such a critical connection risk or offer any viable solution when things went wrong. I now respectfully request full reimbursement of my expenses, which total ₺35,337.60, broken down as follows:

₺33,231.61 for the original multi-stop ticket to Guatemala

₺2,105.99 for the return ticket from Istanbul to Ankara

This situation caused me major financial loss and disruption. I urge Kiwi.com to take responsibility and process my compensation immediately.
