Farm Heroes Saga Keeps Vibrating and Won’t Let Me Send Lives to Friends

I’ve been experiencing a constant vibration issue for about a month while playing Farm Heroes Saga on my Huawei P Smart device. As the game progresses, my phone continuously vibrates, which is very disturbing. I tried disabling the vibration feature from the in-app settings, but it didn’t solve the problem.

In addition, I’ve been facing another ongoing issue for months — I can’t send lives to my friends. Every time I try, I get the error message “You have no friends available”, which prevents me from using the send-lives feature. I’ve tried both Wi-Fi and mobile data connections, but the issue remains the same. I haven’t made any in-app purchases, and even though I contacted customer service, no solution has been provided.

I live in Kırklareli, Turkey, and despite keeping the game updated daily, these problems persist. I request that the vibration feature be completely disabled and that the issue preventing me from sending lives to friends be resolved as soon as possible.
