My aunt purchased a Kiko Milano liquid lipstick as a gift for me but forgot to get a gift receipt. Unfortunately, she also lost the original receipt. I already own the same shade, and the product is completely unused with its packaging still intact.
I kindly ask if it’s possible to exchange the lipstick at any Kiko Milano store without the receipt. It would be great if there’s a way to process the exchange based on the product’s condition or other proof of purchase.
